Like a news feed that's dependent on what Sheriff posts/uploads. I had a problem signing up to receive notifications (said I was out of jurisdiction), so I emailed IT simple support, and they were promt to respond. They corrected a settings issue on the Sheriff’s side of the My Sheriff profile. They also kept the local sheriff updated via email on my issue and their corrective action taken. The app is like a basic city website and social media platform, but for just your sheriff (expensive/mo.)

I was impressed with the organization and the thorough content. But the pictures of the missing persons, wanted for questioning, etc. and accompanying information were too small for me to read. I used the feedback form to point this out but honestly......who reads those forms? I was very pleased and impressed to get an email from Annette Flynn, the Operations Manager, telling me that the IT Support staff updated the app and added the Pinch and Zoom feature, how to update if mine hadn't. Kudos!

Getting 2 to 3 notifications for same event when open app to read further those notifications not there. Great idea but not quite got it working most likely going to uninstall.

Everything is set to push notifications, but I do not receive them. I like Dixie a lot better because it worked.
