This is leagues better than the old 311 app! It's way easier to get the help I need since I can easily search for what I need fixed (or what I might have questions about) and it gets me directly to the people who can solve it. I no longer have to deal with a phone tree or a calling around at random until I can find someone who can help me. Following up on my case is also way easier!

Handy app but hard to read with every word capitalized and frequent misspellings such as "poor" instead of "pour" evidenced in the last screenshot above. There doesn't seem to be any descriptions accompanying the request forms, so I had to look up the description in a separate web browser (for example the special needs' registry). I didn't want to just submit info without knowing what it was, so I did a Google search to see if it would benefit my family's situation. Still a very convenient option.

This app is designed as if it was meant to be used on a computer instead of a phone. A lot of small text fields to fill out. No logic as to why a field is required or not. License plate is a required field but "if unknown enter none". Screens take long to load, pictures take long to upload. What I would like to see is an app that remembers your frequently made requests, only asks for what is required, and doesn't make me spend 5 minutes reporting yet another car parked in the bike lane.

Uninstalled and reinstalled, but got the same error message: "The server's certificate is invalid - ask your admin for assistance." What is going on with Salt Lake City? How can a city like Salt Lake let this junk app be the first point of contact for residents looking for assistance? This is unacceptable!!!

"Let's take an app, that used to work great, and mess it up, so that we can make a "NEW" app, that is worse than the messed up one." Not impressed. Hopefully you all can work out the problems, and get the app to function in a way that people need it to function.
