Very bad, I visited Night Safari and bought a photo package, which they said includes digital copies. They gave me a card with the qr code and claim ID. After using the qr code to install the app then try to claim the digital photos, but it never works. The worst part is that when I try to report missing photos, the app even don't have Night Safari as an option. Trying to find a way to file a complaint to Singapore authorities, does anyone know where to go?

nobody responds. Took the pictures at Winter city expo dec. 6 and told us that it will be available in the application after 2 hours. I came back to the kiosk coz it is still unavailable. Was told 3hours... It's already more than 3hrs and yet it is not available. Sent email as instructed that if i don't get my pictures in the app which is too much inconvenient to the customer. nobody assit as they will respond in the email after 3 days which is very frustrating. They should do better on this
