The app works great, keeps my passwords all secure and in one place; the interface is easy to use. You must first log in to the website, from an Internet connected device to register, then you can use the mobile app and create a "Fast PIN' to log in to the mobile app. Downside is that you must have Internet/Mobile Data to access the application. AKA, I wish it was a standalone application; but other than that, it works great.

Very BAD. Very expensive. Having been a victim of identity fraud, I contacted IDENTITY FORCE/Sontiq (whatever their name is). Everything was done according to plan. AFTER I renewed, I found their so-called "protection plan" NON-EXISTENT (IMHO). They explained, "They CANNOT / **WILL NOT** do anything for you" if you're a victim of identity theft/fraud. Excuse me??? I was told: "you must do EVERYTHING on your own" -- this is based on my LAST conversation with them! I DON'T NEED to pay for this

I ORDERED CHECKS AND WAS NOT TOLD THAT THERE WAS A FEE FOR THIS EZ SHIELD SERVICE THAT "CAME WITH THE CHECKS". BRADFORD CHECKS WOULD NOT LET ME CANCEL THE EZ SHIELD THO I CALLED RIGHT BACK BEFORE THE CHECKS WERE PRINTED. I HAVE NOT YET TRIED THE APP BUT I DO NOT NEED THE PROGRAM AND BRADFORD CHECKS WAS NOT UPFRONT ABOUT THE COST. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH BRADFORD CHECKS & EZ SHIELD SPENDING MY MONEY FOR ME. JAN
