It's better than the old App but the only thing that could be improved is the events tab because it's all in one list.

OLD: Overall a very slow app compared to every other app on my phone, sometimes crashes before I can enter and sometimes takes upwards of 5 seconds to register an input. Would be a very good app had it not been unusable slow. NEW: With the most recent update the performance issues have been greatly reduced to the point that the app is okay to use.

App functions well for most things including producing student ID. Small issues with the app loging me out sometimes when I boot it up.

The app logs me out way too often to be used as a reliable timetable app. Often every 2 weeks and the app will ask me the same questions every time I log back in despite ticking the remember preferences tick box. It does the same with syncing my calendar too.

It crashes on startup way too many times. This is making me seriously doubt the competency of the ECS department at soton.

To the 'My Southampton' application Development Team, I am writing to report significant performance issues with the new version of your application. I use the app on an android phone. The new app looks great and has much better features than the old one. However, it runs very slowly and freezes often, making it almost unusable. A bug-fix update is urgently needed. Right now, I can only rate it 1 star, but if the performance issues are resolved, I’d happily change my rating to 5 stars. Thx
