I was not able to connect to the studio but received Support promptly and now it works! Basic app but does what it is meant to/what the fitness studio allows. Would be helpful to have some functionality to track courses/progress, link with other fitness apps, etc

Recognized the account but cannot access studio. Support couldn't help and asked me to use the studio website! 😂 To answer you: Nope, the studio allows the connection with the app, 2 friends are using it since months. We send a video to prove that it works on iPhone and JJ studio because your poor customer service told it was a lie it couldn't be true. 😂 Like we are genius. Guess what, my friend connection to the studio was terminated 30 min later! After months of use. Very classy from you or JJ

Since the last update training plans don't work. Not the first time after update either.

Since the new version (UI) was released, scheduled sessions do not appear in my calendar when I select the option to add them there. Much preferred the old version and UI, completely unnecessary changes. No way to contact the developer!
