Could not drive for Uber w/o Mystro. The ability to see the destination almost immediately takes all the angst out of accepting rides. Downside is cancellation rate increases. Example: just spent 20 minutes driving 3k through Surfers. Accept job 4 mins away pick up surfers drop off on the other side of surfers. So 15 mins through traffic to pick up and 20 minutes back through to destination, all for $6. What would you do if you had this info, seconds after trip booked? Hopefully you would cancel.

I’m canceling my subscription because before, whenever we accepted a trip, we could see the drop-off location in the Mystro app. But now I can’t see the destination anymore. As a driver, knowing the destination is very important for us, and without that feature the app is not really useful for me anymore. That’s why I decided to cancel my subscription. I would also like to request an immediate refund for my subscription. Thank you for your understanding.
