App doesn't even work. Then they want you to waste your time by telling you to contact the financial aid center. Then what's the point of the app? Why don't you just fix the app? If I wanted to talk to someone I wouldn't have downloaded the app. 🤦

I have not gotten any help from my student aid I'm in desperate need after recovering from covid I get no help or response from anybody on here I think that if this was an actual helping app something would have been done by now
