If you're looking for an easy app that's quick especially if you're tracking your glucose/sugar and /or your blood pressure. This app is not complicated at all. Have reports you can print as PDF. I really like it. Every entry has a section for notes. I really like that area for my excuses. Lol. I haven't had any issues with this app I have had it a couple of years. I absolutely recommend it. I don't see ads. I don't know if I paid to remove them or if they don't have them. I just don't remember.

Great app, I really appreciate it, and it is good at what it does however I have a few suggestions for improvement. Please add food tracking with boxes for sugar and carbs and fat, and water or hydration tracking with options for carbs and caffeine Please add the ability to view a unified timeline of all the categories, and the option to generate a report that includes multiple categories so for instance you could generate a report that has blood sugar and food and hydration thanks

The different logs offered are exactly what I need, but the ads are ridiculous. Not just the amount of them (far too many! I can't view or input different test results without seeing one between each test) but also the content. Why are there pornographic ones? I don't need to see half naked women on an app for medical purposes. Completely unnecessary! Fix your ad problems please!

This app is now acting up, on Sunday 4/7/2026 didn't recognize my entry and the app won't take the entry for that day, it's putting the entry in for Saturday 4/6/2026 it looks like the app needs an update. When an update is applied I will change my review.
