OVERALL good experience for my first time trying it. Loved that I could use the sc300i without the app then when I connected to my phone the stored data downloaded. Nedd to provide more flexibility in the "my bag" to delete default clubs I don't use and add more wedges and don't assume wedge lofts stop at 65 degrees. 72 degree wedges exist. Overall decent experience, hope to see improvements over time. Thanks.

I have the Android Samsung Galaxy S22 and enjoying this app so far. 1. Never had the Bluetooth connectivity issue but the synchronizing data is slower than I expected. 2. Video mode works on my SC300 3. There's a bug when I delete my miss shot records. If your data displays only one day, you may be able to delete records without any issue but if it's multiple days records, app just refreshes records with the oldest first. Then you can delete the records. 4. I wish I can remove unnecessary clubs from list

The unit itself is great. But out of 90 shots today, the app only recorded 10. Been like that my last 2 range sessions... Edit-you have to keep the app open for the shots to register.

A wonderful piece of equipment. I'm a novice golfer and actually waited a couple of months before using this device. Now that I've started, I always take it to the range. It gives quick, accurate feedback on distance, loft, swing speed, etc. I now don't have to question just how far each club hits. No more guessing.

Data is good but setting up your 'bag' of clubs is horrible. Can't uncheck a bunch of clubs, forcing you to toggle through way too many unused. Also means I can't add the wedge I need because there are too many other ones. I love my device but this app is terrible. Wish there was something better to go with the device.

I have a swing caddie sc300. It used to work fine but now with this new app I can never connect via the Bluetooth. I get the message 'Error Synchronizing, please reconnect the device'. I have the latest firmware on the device, and I tried a factory reset, but nothing works. Please advise.

Looks nice, but doesn't work well. I have to log in every time I open it (why?). So when I'm at the driving range where service is not good, that means I can't use it. Also, you can't really transfer your shots from your caddie to your phone to look at them. I went to the range and hit 100 balls Caddie seemed to track all of them and give good data while I was hitting. However, at home Caddie took about 4 minutes to transfer them to my phone, but only 12 showed up. Makes the app useless.
