Well, there are a couple of not so good reviews here, but I'll give it 4 stars because the app is linked to my security card, which wasn't made clear until I complained about a lack of signal preventing my using it at the till. So I use my card. Also, every time I top up with 100 quid, and I've enabled the auto top up, I get a bonus 300 points, which represents 3 quid of the loyalty fiver.

Still a useless app as always If you have to reset your password then you are doomed. The verification code never arrives. Tried a dozen times. And I can see from the review comments it's happening for multiple users.

Need to use this for the canteen at work, downloaded it but just a blank white screen. Seems not to work with the Google Pixel 7 Pro

It is not possible to delete credit card info that has been saved. It will say "deleting card," but never actually delete it. There is also no option to deactivate your account or contact customer service. App is not user-friendly. It logs you out many times DURING use. You do not get to see the total cost (items + tax) of what you will be charged before you pay. You only see the total AFTER your payment has gone through.
