★★☆☆☆ Very bad customer service. When I ordered a taxi My payment method was uzcard. But I paid cash to driver. After that they blocked me from paying by card. I called customer service many times. They even didn't try to solve. Not answering to my message on telegram...

★★☆☆☆ I tried getting the activation code sent in both the US and in Uzbekistan, but it never appeared. I still can't use this app in Uzbekistan to order taxis.

★★☆☆☆ Real trash. Very poor location update. Even drivers that work through the app switch to Yandex for finding destination point.

★★☆☆☆ Dear My Taxi, kindly ask you to stop spamming me with your nonsense promos. I don't need to push notifications, I need an app that works, I need a driver who drives. I expect that. Not spam. And no, I can't just disable notifications. I still need to get notified when driver arrives / car's found / order is (cancelled / accepted). And btw, you've got issues with those. You sometimes fail to send them, but marketing ones go through well.
