From last year this telecom app doesn't work properly especially when it'd come to bills, it's says we are upgrading Paid bills still shows not paid plus internet got worse than before, at this point I'm gonna soon take down the modem for good

When will we be able to check our bills? It says, we are upgrading. It has been saying this for the past 2 months 😑 this was the reason why had to Uninstall the app in the first place and reinstalled, and it is still saying upgrading. Soooo will you still be upgrading into 2023?
