Usually, when I send money it arrives immediately, but it is very expensive. For 20e you can only speak 1 hour. The problem is when site is down, you are cutted of off only possibility to charge someone's phone in the prison. There is no any information when it will be working or anything. Also, app in Google is only for Netherlands, not any other country.

If you don't fix this then you are up there with the most useless service. How can I send money to my boy in prison when you're a dumb app don't work. U probably got someone beat down over no payment just cos of how wack the app is or got people starving or unable to buy canteen. Crash and crash again all it does.
