MyTelkomsel - Buy Package

★★☆☆☆ I cannot pay the In-home bill. The MyIndihome app is migrated to MyTelkomsel, but the bill does not show up in the MyTelkomsel. I have checked all possible button, nothing point me how to. Try the add other (In-home) account option, but it says the number is already connected at TSELID. This is ridiculous. Why 2 different app need to be merged anyway? I just want to pay.

★★☆☆☆ I'm not using Telkomsel number but forced to use these apps because myIndihome redirect me to use these apps (merged to use these apps only). I rated it this low not because I hate the concept of merged but because it's a messy ordeal. I can't log in with my usual way (email or number that not Telkomsel at first), I can't log in using 1st In-home number, but finally success using 2nd In-home number. But still I can't add 1st In-home number. Contact IndiHomeCare x account but still no solution.

★★☆☆☆ The app is getting worse due to many unnecessary buttons and menus. The app is too heavy, difficult to view transaction history, especially when accessing postpaid billing. I use two numbers (prepaid and postpaid), and so far, I feel very uncomfortable with the service, especially with postpaid. I am still sticking with this app and my tsel number because I have been using it for more than 10 years. However, I am very disappointed with the app right now because it is not user-friendly.
