I can't even connect a heater. Stuck at the appliance section, I have no idea what code or QR code it wants. I don't see any code on the sticker that looks like TCHxxxxx or TCH_xxxxx, whatever that means. And it doesn't do anything when I scan the QR code sticker. Disappointed.

Wth happened to the app??? I cannot register an appliance, the instructions are wrong (two beeps never happen), then it says Type in your home network, but there's no window for typing?? And it won't find the device even though it did find that device not just 2 months ago. Tech support? Also, the device itself has been in use only 3 months, and it's already whistling? Whistling means limescale, and it's supposedly resistant to buildup. Lol

I am login to the app, but the Dashboard can not load at all. So I am not able to add my Tesy device as well. This application is useless until the bugs are fixed. Please fix them. Until that there is no sense to buy Tesy device with Wi-Fi option.....

The app is clearly not working. Luckily I managed to connect device with the application but after few hours, devices weren't existing anymore nor was I able to add devices again. So I tried to log out and log in, but then I realized that was not possible for some reason. Horrible. The application is not useful at all.
