Negative comments, rumors and scandals do not give good sense in social media, and it is against the prestige of business institutions. Generate employments for needy people.

This app is so glitchy, it's PAINFUL. Someone didn't know what they were doing when they made this app. I can never sign in, it always says error retrieving information. Or it says my email is not valid, even though I know 110% it's valid! The contact us page is completely blank. Even when you get into the app, all that works is the little barcode for points-which by the way take an eternity to update (like months). I struggle with the app EVERY TIME I'm at checkout while the cashier and manager are breathing down my neck as if it's my fault. THE APP SUCKS and gives a bad in-app experience and a bad in store experience. When the manager doesn't want to give me the promo price because I can't get into the app, I just pull up my credit card statements and show him the literally thousands of dollars I spend in his store. Am I not VIP enough? This is ridiculous.

Checked out a monitor from 10 years ago priced at $50, plugged it in to
find a shattered screen. The Sorting Department is right there, so I saw the
head guy and told him, I think he was the owner but no idea. He acted like
it. Said this is broken, $50 is highway robbery, basically said too bad. I
look over and see a sign no returns all prices are final everything is sold
as is. A couple of minutes later I see him take that shattered screen turn
right around the corner and set it right back on the Shelf. You always do
this thrift store items butt some poor old sap think she's getting a nice
monitor over fifty bucks to find out it's broken, and he can't return it, I
think that's pretty low. Also, I saw someone get accused of stealing
something when it seems pretty obvious that person was not stealing or even
capable of stealing the item. Guess that's what happens when you shop on
