For the most part it is fine, I wish we can make comments on the manage shift part because a lot of times HR won't pick up the phone. And sometimes you just want to inform them the reason you are calling out or coming in late in case something else happens.

App works totally fine, but please allow TMs to pick up shifts at other stores! I heard it's being tested, but I want it to come out to select TMs who know what and where to go in a different store.

There is no option when requesting unpaid time off, the app requires me to use either my PTO or sick pay. My requests are going to be denied at this rate and those requests will start to turn into call-outs.

Whoever I post a shift for somebody to take up it takes it off. It doesn't even show up on the available shifts schedule.

The push notifications don't work for schedule changes. This is quite literally the point of the app. You also require more authorization than my banking app for no reason.
