I'm sorry so many have had problems this worked perfect the first time. If you are having problems see if your security software is blocking it also the router could be blocking any new connections. The thing works so troubleshoot or get someone who is tech savy to find where it is being blocked. Routers have 2g and 5g be sure you are on 2g let it search it should find it. I love it because I was having to go to garage to turn on the pump from AC now, I can further my lazy way. Good Job!

I love the device. Only issue is I can share it with other mytouch customers. Basically, I am the only one at my house that can turn on or off the plug. Please add share options, so my family may turn on and off the plug. Ty

Good luck pairing... Rubbish App! 1. App will not pair with smart dimmer. I had 3 installed yesterday took me forever to pair 2. Have not been able to pair last one, 12hrs later. 2. Had to delete one switch, now can't pair it again, though the app sees it. 3. The app lags like crazy. Sometimes lights don't even respond. 4. App said my light needed update. Couldn't update due to update crashing 5. Google hub sees the lights but shows them as offline! Why would GE put their name to this?

Horrible. Bought the wifi smart plug. Can get it to see the dang plug but it won't ever connect. Reset, retry...dame thing over and over again. Manual mode that is offered is junk too. Returning product and giving poor reviews all around on store website.

I can't get it work! The App will not find my device (outdoor wiFi smart plug. I have set my Eero mesh 6e pro to only 2.4Ghz which doesn't work. HELP!
