The nurses are disrespectful they do not respect anything you what you saying they blow three veins out I need no idea what they're that's when there's a bad infection need no idea what and I filed a complaint with but administration of the author of the hospital because they are on an incompetent doing their job

My doctor is in Philadelphia and while I am able to access the "Schedule an Appointment" section I can't make an appointment because there are ZERO Doctors listed for anywhere in Philly or surrounding areas. Why? And if they can't for some reason why is the feature live?

Poor. Messages not received in real time. Inaccurate in places. Too much downtime between responses. Lacks ability for discussion

I would have given 5 stars, but 2 weeks ago the website was down and ever since then whenever I log into the app, it's asking me to verify my phone number, even though my phone number has NOT changed. When I request to have a code delivered to verify, I NEVER receive the code. I've tried to complete the verification at least 10 times!!!
