I can't even log in. If I try and click forget password it says I am not registered When I try to register it says I am already registered I've submitted email after email and no reply and made so many phone calls to my branch If someone could help me it would be appreciated

I couldn't log in due to technical issues. I clicked the Sign In and led me to web page. It says that 'Scoped Login TEST - Token validation error. Access token failed validate'. Unfortunately I have to use the Internet to log in and check my daily.
