The app itself is very good I can't say much about the people that work at MTA though those people are very cruel and they do so many illegal things they have physically hurt me by purposely shutting the doors on me on both subway trains and buses and knocked me down onto the floor as a result. This has happened too many times to date!!

This app so far is very well round it. It gives me all the information I was looking for, for the subway and buses in NYC. It has been accurate, and also you can set up alerts. If you know how to send pictures on your phone you will figure out how to use the app stting to customize your needs. I don't think there is a better app than this one. It is simple but has everything you need to use the NYC transportation. Great job

It gives you a comprehensive list. You see an exclamation if a line is experiencing a problem. You click, and it COVERS THE INFO with a screen, so you can't see info. A dangerous app to depend on ZERO stars.

Don't rely on the app for subway or bus times, but you know this already. Unless you're the kind of person who likes being late and wasting time obvi. The app just also sucks generally, and needs to be updated 3x a day.

This is a FRAUD, wouldn't let me sign up or pay, pretending to be OMNY, and then I got a fraud alert for $39.99, don't fall victim to this app

The 60 bus schedule is so stupid. The bus is nowhere around the time schedule that's on the app. Then the bus comes like every hour, hello people have to get to school, work and appointments!!!!!! What are you all doing MTA/NYC???????????
