Originally installed version was not stable, but more recent updates have been much better. It's great to be able to control your DVR from anywhere. I find it easier to use than the direct, on-screen remote control.

App was working perfectly. Now it no longer recognizes subscriber. Uninstalled reinstalled. Turned off phone. Deleted account uninstalled still doesn't recognize subscriber but shows account that was deleted. Update to my above bad review. Reinstalled app today and everything is again working perfectly. See that update to app and my DVR shows the color logo of the network item in the guide list.

Doesn't work right anymore, and they keep telling me it will be fixed soon, but has not worked in well over a month. Cannot see current or future recordings which makes it almost worthless to me. Even the local cable provider can't figure it out.

App does not work. Tried numerous times and all it says is unable to authenticate device. 🗑

This app was wonderful up until about 2 months ago (~May 2020), when after an update it had trouble logging into my account. Nothing has been fixed yet, now it's mid-July, and it still cannot connect to my account, rendering the app completely useless.
