Convenient This app is essential for catching the buses all around campus. I used it on iphone every day, was extremely relieved to find that android has it too. Don't understand how it has so few downloads. Every Conn student should have this app

I only need this app for two things: to check my One Card balance every now and then and to get the menus. However, the latter is a struggle. Every. Single. Time. Even when I am under full Wi-Fi or 4G LTE, half of the menus open and half do not, and it seems like it randomly selects which menus I am allowed to view at any given time. In addition, the app crashes once every two or three days while I am trying to find these unattainable menus. I like the idea but this app does not serve its purpose.

Why would you only show 1 arrival time at a bus stop? How am I supposed to plan which buses I'm going to take if I don't even know how frequently the bus passes through. You should at least show 2 times that way I can decide if I need to rush to catch this bus or if I can wait for the next one.
