We have been happy with the care provided to our Dog over the past 2 years at the VCA in Sylvania, Ohio. All the Vets and staff have been professional, informative, and supportive. They are always willing to answer questions and concerns over the phone, if possible. The environment is kept clean and organized.

I've been a customer at Muller's Veterinarian before they move to the new facility down the street on Freeport Blvd, they have lost their focus and became all about money 💰. They became overpriced and caring for our pet's second. I brought my 15-year-old dog that had a cardiac arrest and was DOA. All they ask if I wanted to revive my dog for an extra of $1,500. I denied the offer because of her age and history of her medical condition. They overpriced on her cremation at $900.

Debating uninstalling, tech are unhelpful, scheduling is a nightmare and won't let you schedule with anything besides your primary which you also have to already be "a patient" of that hospital. Techs will wait 5 min to respond and if you don't respond in less than 10 min they seem to rush through it and close the conversation out preventing you from asking further questions regarding the same topic. Uninstalling app -10/5stars

Very hard to get a quick appointment for urgent but non-emergent issues. It's like 3 months or longer. This forces us to use their ER for NON-EMERGENCY visits, which is very expensive.
