We have been happy with the care provided to our Dog over the past 2 years at the VCA in Sylvania, Ohio. All the Vets and staff have been professional, informative, and supportive. They are always willing to answer questions and concerns over the phone, if possible. The environment is kept clean and organized.

I've been a customer at Muller's Veterinarian before they move to the new facility down the street on Freeport Blvd, they have lost their focus and became all about money 💰. They became overpriced and caring for our pet's second. I brought my 15-year-old dog that had a cardiac arrest and was DOA. All they ask if I wanted to revive my dog for an extra of $1,500. I denied the offer because of her age and history of her medical condition. They overpriced on her cremation at $900.

This is a pain in the neck because I have gone on the website to try to cancel an appointment because I had to reschedule one for later in the month and there's no way to cancel through this app

Want to leave a message with a question, unable to do so on this app. Checking on Milk Bones for Zeke. They said it is made with no poultry, but the base is chicken fat. Can he still have these? They said the chicken fat base is non-protein. Thank you! No dairy product.
