★★★★★ The overall easy of use and plug-and-play after set up has been phenomenal.

★★☆☆☆ When you use the monitor overnight, and it loses connection, it beeps to notify you there's an issue. However, if you use the app, you child cluld.be screaming for hours and if the camera has lost connection you won't know it. That needs to be updated

★★☆☆☆ It constantly has connection problems. I have to reset my cameras all the time because it will randomly be unable to connect to one or both cameras. I can't log into the app right now. Keeps saying server unavailable. Overall very frustrating.

★★☆☆☆ Ever since update the video won't load properly on my phone. Super grainy and freezing constantly so that nothing can be heard through it. The parent unit also won't connect to the camera.

★★☆☆☆ The app constantly warns that humidity is out of range (like 200 times a day) but the range is actually perfectly fine and there is no way of checking the humidity range, even though it's been working normally for 2 years. What is happening ?
