After registering with My wall for my resort I received 3 collab request one influencer visited my resort, and we conducted the barter system they stayed for free while I received stories and reel from them etc. but the other 2 did not respond to me the wall team which was on WhatsApp to coordinate with me left the group and others did not respond the staff is not helpful at all. I requested a refund, but they decided to ignore me. Her name is Monika Basra from My wall has ignored my message.

Bahut hi disappointing service thi. App par jo service li thi wo proper provide nahi hui, fir bhi mera amount refund nahi kiya gaya. Customer support bhi bilkul helpful nahi tha aur problem solve karne ki koi serious hashish nahi ki gayi. Is experience ke baad main is app ko bilkul recommend nahi karunga. Company ko apni service aur refund policy par seriously Kama karna chahiye.
