I like this service because drivers respect passengers! This app gives drivers a larger percentage of their pay! This app is not as polished or user-friendly, but it gets the job done and more American drivers that arrive QUICKLY! I have no problem with immigrant drivers who show mutual respect. I have a problem with drivers who talk on the phone (not in English) while driving! Distracted driving is NOT ok! Uber & Lyft should NOT charge drivers 40% or more of each payment for rides!

The GPS is messed up and takes the drivers to the other side of town, if they aren't a short distance away - and always puts drivers on the highway or freeway even when that's the less convenient route. And they charge a $2 cancellation fee, even when it's their app that's messed up. I've gotten charged a $2 cancellation fee at least four times because the GPS was taking the driver to the other side of town from where I am and never corrected. I will not be using this service anymore.
