I know people become frustrated with the app especially at updates. However, I have found the My Whoosh team incredibly supportive and responsive in resolving issues as quickly as possible. They are constantly trying to improve the app to offer more. All this costs me occasionally is a day of patience until it's fixed

However, lately, every single time, there is an update I need to completely reinstall the app, which is far too time-consuming. I literally had just deleted it 2 days ago and did a full reinstall, and now, after today's update the app won't open, so I am forced to delete and do reinstall from scratch if I want to use it.
