Update June 2022...employed by workpac in May and I find this app very handy in reporting timesheet, accessing payroll details, contract terms, payslips etc.... I love it. I am still getting other job msgs while employed with workpac. It would be good to introduce a flag on profile if employed by workpac then do not send other job msgs.

Pathetic app and company. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Call them up and the voice of the person just doesn't want to be there and so arrogant. Don't bother. There are way better temp companies than this. Save your time.

App never loads just continually spins like a lot of other reviews it's not my phone or internet .... Please fix app, so I can view my payslips!!!!!! There's no more info to give so please don't ask me to reply....issue has been on going for months on and off I turn phone off I've restarted it I've reloaded app I've done everything my end

Poor at best.l won't be entering any more "extra passwords or codes" and if l don't read any more contracts or whatever so be it and l don't care who looks in my Workpac files. The extra "security"is not worth the stress it causes, so I'll happily go back to not reading any more contracts etc.
