Been using the app for a few years now (on and off). Had no complaints until the kast 2 weeks when I get a spinning wheel of doom when I log in and no workout data...🤨 Have uninstalled / reinstalled and checked for updates but no change

Had some issues connecting devices to yhe app. Myzone uses ANT+; drivers are preset on your smartphones most likely. If the troubleshooting tips on their website sont work for you, recommend uninstalling ANT+, restart phone, reinstall ANT+, then restart phone again, before attempting to reconnect your My zone device (watch, cheat band).

can't even log into the app now after the update. Just keeps taking me to to connect a device screen even though im supposed to use the app to book my gym classes. Rubbish.

Since the most recent update, my device does not connect to the app on my phone. I have replaced my strap, and my device STILL will not connect. None of my data since November 14th has synced. I have lost my status because the device will not connect.

Very disappointed with My zone Go. I signed up for the trial hoping to use my Samsung S7 watch instead of my belt. Setup was easy, and a test walk synced after a delay, so I was optimistic. Today it tracked my workout on the watch, but nothing synced to the app. I've reinstalled everything, changed settings, and restarted both devices with no success. My workout is lost, so I'm back to using the belt. Trial cancelled!

My zone does not work. It does not log anywhere from 1 to 2 workouts per month and MEPS, time and calories don't always match what you see when you finish your workout, versus what is actually recorded. I'm switching to a different app.
