Updating my review as after the last app update (Dec 24) the app finally started to recognize n-com headsets via my phone. Previews review - Still won't recognize any N-Com paired devices (tried a few). Useless app for a very expensive communication device.

Hmmm. I have the Nolan N100-5 and N-Com B901L R series comms unit. It's obviously a Sena app, and I have not had issues with them for my Sena devices. It finds the N-com OK and reports the current settings. It also says it's adjusting settings when you change them via the app, however, for the ESS light it does not change anything, and I have to use the comms unit keys to change settings. Any ideas? Updated 27.12.19 after trying out the advised method - this worked. I expected the changes to work straight away (after writing the data) and had not expected to have to turn the headset off and on again. Now that I know that it's fine - perhaps the instructions could be clarified. Rating upgraded.

Shamefully bad I have to repair my headset manually for the app to see that it's connected randomly disconnects my headset when I make a call.

They removed support for older Bluetooth! BT3 and B3 are no longer available. thank you, Nolan, for dismissing old Bluetooth that worked (and still works) perfectly! Also, the old Bluetooth integrated seamlessly with the helmet, whike the new are outside the helmet.

Making calls and listening to music is fine, but Google Maps voice direction doesn't seem to work. Never got the universal comm to work with any of my friends noncom sets.

It never wanted to sync properly. And the intercom randomly powers down even if battery has power. I tried the second intercom that came on the package and same story.eru disappointed for the price nolan charges.
