To my agreeable surprise, it works fantastic, and I can continue to use my phone whilst charging, I'm even mobile. It's a great service. I was a bit skeptic at first, because the first time you are busy for ten minutes by downloading the app and configuring it. Fortunately, I had still 13% in my battery to do all that. But then, it works like a charm. If your phone is dead however, I don't believe you will be able to charge your phone because you need to scan the QR-code. Hence, be a bit prevoyant.

Nowhere does it tell you how long you've rented (price total) and it does not let you know that (if?)the rental was ended successfully.

The station I got the powerbank from said it would be 1 euro for 30 minutes. However, the device asked for 15 euros, which I paid because it said it would require deposit. Now, after almost two weeks, I haven't gotten my money back, and the customer support does not answer my messages. If this is not a robbery, I don't know what is.

Poor quality of the batteries, too expensive for the rental when you cannot even exchange the batteries... One of their batteries charged my. Phone only 30%, waste of money.
