★★☆☆☆ I used this app to send money on the 31 of December 2024 and up till today 3rd Jan and the receiver has not been credited. I contacted the customers service on that same day to complain and all I hear till now from the off and on customer service reps is that they are working on it with their partners. I can never recommend this app to anyone, this is the worst app when sending money, and they will frustrate you.

★★☆☆☆ This Nala app has debited my account for four days now and refused to remit into the appropriate account despite all my messages and mails, why are you this fraudulent? Can someone please help me on how to retrieve my money from this people?
