Though the name indicates what the newly introduced feature is (METER-CAB) it will be helpful for all drivers to understand the exact procedure to use the feature through your fun-full awareness videos on YouTube channel. You guys at NY are the true innovators that help drivers earn fair fares by following government rules unlike other players who take the "cab driver for a ride" and destroy him financially. All that u guys are weak on is a strong aggressive marketing team. "Greatful forever NY"

With the newly introduced feature "meter-cab" namma yatri has the first mover advantage before others to start the same. This is an instant success recepie, and it has to be marketed well. Setting up kiosk @ railway station can pull new customers to the platform. Also, good quality shirts with NY branding can create immediate awareness when a driver is on competitors platform. (Pls charge cost price for shirts. Don't give free) Pls show customer rating 2 driver, that helps specially during midnight

There is no booking n no cancellation charge the updated version is too worst, I have waited one r two hours to get ah ride... please give more ride.

If we are not using this app or offline than also apps ads will appear on-screen and forcing to watch ads or YouTube that will lock the screen we need go through that ads than only we can use the phone for other purposes this is very, very bad behavior
