★★★★★ It does exactly what it's supposed to do! Gotta say, I should've figured something was up, considering I nearly dozed off in the split second this took to download. 😅

★★★★★ It does what it says, providing two of the common questionnaires used for narcolepsy screening/tracking, but has some issues. In portrait mode, the Swiss one can't display all text, as it doesn't line-wrap. When showing scores, the markers are placed incorrectly on the score continuum. I think this app could be very useful for tracking narcolepsy symptoms, as I could fill this out before appointment instead of the doc printing one out each time.

★★☆☆☆ It is not a journal or a screener it is just a series of questions, I already know I have narcolepsy what I wanted was a log book
