★★★★★ I really appreciate the interactive map that helps in preplanning a trip as well during a tour of the zoo.

★★★★★ I love the app it was extremely useful at the zoo. I would love it if there were slightly more interactions possible with the Collection of Animals. You can only, brush, feed, and kinda play with your animal. However, the graphics are great, and the virtual habitat is on point. My kids loved learning about each animal and tree in the virtual habitat. Really awesome for sure.

★★★★★ I love the interactive map feature but my kid and I like the app more for the features like animal collectibles, virtual habitat and the videos of the animals from the zoo. My kid likes feeding the virtual animals. I would encourage people to check that feature out. I would also like to request the zoo to add more videos and virtual animals to the app.

★★☆☆☆ Map doesn't work, won't even open. Have closed out of the app several times and on different occasions and has never worked.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible. Doesn't specify what's closed or what paths are blocked off. There are paths not on the map. The map orientation is wonky and only works 10% of the time. This should eith34 be fixed, or they should go back to paper because it ruins the experience by causing so much confusion.

★★☆☆☆ This app isn't functional at all for ticket purchases. Any time I try to purchase a ticket it goes back to a landing page and I have to start over. Even if I'm logged in I have to manually type in my membership ID, but if I switch screens to copy my ID, it has to start back over. Very disappointing.
