Can't log in to Nat Geo account to access subscription. Everything is in German on help screens.

This is supposed to be the germany version. I have an account with .de, but the app does not recognize me (same problem as with the american site, which I do understand. Does this app access the american database?)

The app simply doesn't work on my phone, and it's not clear why. I can't
log in with my Nat Geo account, I assume because I have a subsprictipion for
the English version of Nat Geo. But I can't download an English or UK
version of this app either in the app store, so what is the point. I'm
disappointed by my subscription and the app.
