Adding a new assignment is wonderfully simple: a cream notepad form lets you fill in a title, pick the subject, set a due date, and optionally mark it as done right away. Every assignment you create lives safely on your device with no accounts or internet connection needed, which means your homework list stays private and always available. From the Assignments tab, you can scroll through your full collection of index cards, each featuring a colored subject tab and a red ink-stamped due date for quick visual scanning. You can also swipe any card to instantly toggle its completion status, filter by subject or pending status, and use the search bar to find a specific task by title or subject. Editing an assignment is just a tap away: the same familiar notepad opens pre-filled, letting you adjust details and save the updates. The Subjects tab automatically builds a list of your unique subjects with a horizontal bar showing how many assignments belong to each one, and tapping a subject filters your assignments list immediately. Deleting an assignment you no longer need is straightforward and keeps your workspace clutter-free. All of this happens without any cloud accounts or subscriptions, as your entire assignment history is stored locally as a simple JSON array using the device’s safe storage.
