This has been a phenomenal online English app that is very easy to use and the textbooks are interesting to study. Some textbooks have bad examples though And I hope they improve it. Overall the lessons are good and easy to understand. There are numerous teachers with different nationalities available to learn from. Most teachers are friendly and they provide extra learning. This is a good app to enhance vocabulary build up and to become more fluent in English.

An App With Great Potential, but not enough students. I love the structure of the lessons and the assistance provided to the teacher. However, in spite of making my teaching time generously available, and that includes weekends, there were no students. Only after the site did a temporary promotion for me I.e. free lessons, I was inundated. I'm still available post promo, but have had no students. Very sad.

Every time I sign in I have trouble getting it to log in and never remembers my info. When I try to update my schedule it won't show. Promotions are both under schedule and promos. Gives me multiple error messages. I can't even go to inquiry to report it because that tab doesn't work either. There's nothing useful or productive I can do on the app. I don't even know how to contact somebody outside the app to get it fixed! Been suspended three times for inability to log in and teach! PLEASE HELP

I am not Japanese and not the residence of Japan, I wanted to pay a monthly 63 USD for just one month, but I wasn't allowed to use the website for taking lessons. On the other hand, the student nc app is really bad and not user-friendly! This is a big bug. I reserved a session, and I was on the page of the tutor. There is no option for entering, but the system cancelled my session with no refunds. Also, all the native tutors from the US, Canada, or England weren't available for sudden lessons.

Hello, I just use this app the first time, and instant regret. I booked a lesson with a native speaker, but there is no whatsoever guidance on how to join the class, and as the result, the lesson cancelled automatically. Please fix your system or else you will never get your first customer ever.

Teachers get deactivated all the time even for problems that they did not cause. The site is always lagging and glitching and teachers are the ones getting punished for this. You have maintenance every cut off right? So how come that no improvements for this ever happens? You should start caring about your teachers just as you care about your customers.

The new app (Feb 2024) does not work! Firstly it never remembers my login. Secondly it does not successfully log in. When I press the back button sometimes it suddenly opens up. Thirdly, when I press "calendar" it shows me no calendar but instead "promotions"!! So I can't see my teaching calendar! Then I press "Dashboard" and it gives me a network connection error! I have strong Wi-Fi and fiber optic cable internet, so this is not from my end. This app is just not working.
