I am about to receive my first delivery so will update soon my review about the actual products. However, I have just to report an issue within the app. Since the last update my basket says there's poor connection so the changes I made to it cannot be done. It's probably a bug cause my connection is stable on mobile network and on Wi-Fi as well. Since I removed some items and added others I just don't want to receive unwanted products.

This does everything I'd look for in an app for ordering delicious fruit and vegetables, which, to be fair, isn't that much. Natoora have by far the best produce I've ever acquired in London and deserve huge kudos for pivoting their business in two weeks at the beginning of lockdown.

Someone needs to go back to basics. The app should let you buy lots of Natoora stuff - for delivery - simply and easily. If you can do that without it freezing and crashing I'd be shocked. It's far from intuitive. Someone has let the design, content and engineering team go mental and in the process the whole reason your customers want to use the app is forgotten. I've given up twice now. Such a shame. Its one of the most frustrating apps I've ever used. Bad for your brand and business.

Love Natoora but the app is rubbish, very buggy time slot selection so can't get through to actually placing an order

Not a good feeling from this company, firstly, as others have mentioned, why do you need users card details INCLUDING THE 3 DIGIT SECURITY CODE to open an account? I did continue last night but after creating an account I was then FORCED to change the password I had set up 5 minutes previously? So I used the SAME PASSWORD, which was accepted?!! Firstly asking for such sensitive information to just open an account is just not on, secondly I feel the security is a huge issue. Deleted card and app.
