Natural Cycles makes it so easy to track my temperature, cycle, and prevent pregnancy naturally. I use the NC Band, and it works perfectly, not the Oura Ring (too bulky for my small hands). I am Catholic and that means Natural Family Planning is essential. Beyond religious practices, I've never wanted to take hormonal birth control because I saw side effects on my friends that they hated. I would recommend this app 10/10.

Love the idea. Hate the lack of transparency and slimy tactics to get NON-REFUNDABLE subscriptions. I track everything through Garmin - expect my period. When I saw that NC could sink with Garmin I was immediately excited. I have already been using the exact same techniques this app offers on my own for 15 years for free. I hate the pink tax, but decided to look into this since they *claim* that it could be covered by insurance. Well that was a dead end. AND my Garmin is the wrong model. 😭

Three figures a year are you kidding me? The app doesn't do more than plotting the temperature Oura measures. For the price it is a scam. Don't fall for it.

Unless you have one of the wearables seen in the photo you can not use this app. Apparently entering your own data from a thermometer or cheaper wearable like Fitbit is not allowed.
