★★★★★ Brilliant for kids. My 6-year-old loves having her own money and bank card. Brilliant parent controls.

★★☆☆☆ Every time I try to use the cards they don't work. Today it's been blocked as my daughter put in the wrong pin. £2 a month and we haven't actually been able to use the card. Now I have to follow a convoluted process to get the card unblocked.

★★☆☆☆ I need customer support. Which isn't possible on the contact us section. Because that's a bot, with a drop-down menu, that thinks nothing could go wrong with the app. I just checked the statements for the children and discovered that the money (which I double-checked) that was meant to be paid in every week. Isn't. It's sporadic. Instead of every week, its every 2, for example. Now I have to trawl through every statement, for each child and sort this mess out!!
