Very helpful when navigating in Seoul since Google Maps is useless in Korea. The only downside is that the location accuracy is a bit off compared to Google Maps, so your location might 'jump' from one place to another a bit. Another thing is that it can't recognize places when you type English names for shops/restaurants/hotels/attractions etc., since it's mostly in Korean. So I have both Google Maps open for recommended shops/cafés/restaurants in the area and Naver open for navigation.

Fine map for korea. Would recommend naver to change' my location' to a dynamic element, so the user experience would significantly improve while navigating

Was trying to use this app in South Korea due to Google maps not working properly. Was very frustrating even in English mode because they were places that I wanted to look up and go to. However, there was no English translation or Roman letter translation. Plus the app does not give the most optimal walking conditions. Buses were either late or not as accurate. Such a huge letdown. I would hope that the app would improve especially for the English version.

I give up trying to find a good maps app in Korea. Naver Maps, even if you can read Korean, is just inconvenient. Like when looking for example a 711 (or anything) around your area, it'd give you results 300 km away.

Better than no GPS map app while in South Korea. It's no Google Maps, get used to being frustrated when you are looking up a place and getting no results even tho you have the correct spelling, and it even shows that spelling on the map.
