This app, in its description claims to work offline. It does not work offline. It appears to need an internet connection at all times in order to translate even though I downloaded the language packs like it said.

They make it impossible to log in with this weird security screen as you have to guess some item on a receipt. I tried dozens of times and gave up eventually. Obviously they don't want people to use apps. I have never seen such a nonsensical security measure in my life. My online banking is easier to login into. This is just a language app not national security.

The quality of translation in this app is ridiculously low and subpar. Any AI chatbot makes BETTER translations. Never Pap ago, make some efforts, please!

Pap ago used to be great, but I had to decrease the stars because there have been constant issues within the last 6 months and the audio pronunciation doesn't work. I have to keep clearing the cache and forcing stop. Quite annoying. Also notice the everyday definition no longer shows, and the context version is awkward. When the honorific button is turned off, I still get honorific word or phrase. Not sure what's changed, but change back, because the AII translate doesn't work well.
