Great concept, but it's's annoying to have to log in with pin all the time. Please allow us to leave it unlocked and request pin or preferably fingerprint to unlock our lockers.

If navigate crashes, try following iOS - settings > search safari > block all cookies > clear history and website data > back to general phone setting > Navigate App > Enable all permissions > force close and reopen Android - settings > time = Automatically set time > default browser chrome > App settings > Navigate App > Disable "Nearby Devices" > enable all permissions > storage settings > clear cache & delete all data > force close Navigate > reopen app & login > if failed, fresh install

Stopped working last week, but after fiddling with settings, would work. Today it refused to let me in the building entirely & it looks like I have to get a card from concierge each time I come in. CBA is pushing for 50% back in office this makes it extra frustrating that I have to spend an extra 10 minutes in the morning getting this to work & failing that, getting a card from concierge. Wonder what this'll mean for my office attendance. Bring back swipe cards!

Rubbish. My phone does not have NFC therefore the app and phone won't work in lieu of a building access security card.
