Navy Federal GO Prepaid

★★★★★ Impossible to login or enter card for over 45 days. Finally, figured it out. NFCU did not respond to emails asking for help. Better now. Annoyed but glad it's fixed.

★★★★★ Some don't want to scan their fingerprint out to the internet, or a face reader just to log in here, make it easier just to simply log in.

★★★★★ It's a good app, but you should have the options to separate who can see what's on there so 2 people can use it, but only one person can see everything I would like for my kids to see what's on their account only

★★☆☆☆ I've been a member since the mid 1970s when my parents set up my account when I was a child. Now that I have children, I've done the same for them. But this GO prepaid app is awful. The BUX one worked fine, and I don't know why they can't fix the new one. I can't add funds to my daughter's GO card because the app says that my NFCU debit card has an invalid expiration date of 03/26. This is my debit card that I use every day for everything, but it's not accepted by the GO app. Very disappointing.

★★☆☆☆ What is wrong with this app??? Why does it constantly kick me out, not recognize my sign-on or password, etc.? I'm constantly forced to log in on my computer to check balance and add funds. This DEFEATS one of the main reasons to have this card!
