EDIT: Hey I put review on here years ago complaing about how confusing the "week workouts" were. I apologize to Stew Smith and I'll say this. This app really is helpful overall. Stew goes over the exercises and does so much more that was I was angry over. I'm sorry for my negative review. Stew Smith, thank you for making this. It is helpful

I really appreciate what stew gives for free even. If you are looking for that Navy SEAL conditioning thing this is an app you can rock and roll with...it's, 2020 in a quarantined mask culture...this will help you

If you need a workout or something to do for the day that you are working out on. Or if you need a guide to make a pull-up look good. Then Stew Smith's app is a good choice. When you do workout be sure to focus on the workout it's self more than keeping your eyes on a screen.

Messed up my phone Had to restart my phone twice after opening app because I kept getting a pop-up message that the app needs to restart and the only way to get rid of it is to restart my phone. Please refund

Unstable on galaxy S4, app did nothing but prompt a restart over and over, could not use app or phone. Had to uninstall.
★☆☆☆☆Robert Mallie· Aug 21, 2016
Navy SEAL The application will not open on my Samsung Note5. Erratic behavior stating "App Restart Required. " Over and over again. I really wanted this application but at this point it's a no-go.
