If you need a workout or something to do for the day that you are working out on. Or if you need a guide to make a pull-up look good. Then Stew Smith's app is a good choice. When you do workout be sure to focus on the workout it's self more than keeping your eyes on a screen.

Unstable on galaxy S4, app did nothing but prompt a restart over and over, could not use app or phone. Had to uninstall.

Messed up my phone Had to restart my phone twice after opening app because I kept getting a pop-up message that the app needs to restart and the only way to get rid of it is to restart my phone. Please refund

Navy SEAL The application will not open on my Samsung Note5. Erratic behavior stating "App Restart Required. " Over and over again. I really wanted this application but at this point it's a no-go.
