I have tickets to the NBA Crossover-the app has been frozen on page one, for 4 weeks. Installed and re-installed several times.

I actually built up points for an event in Indy, but it's not connecting to the Ticketmaster very frustrating.

Doesn't go to the info I want. Specifically: must scroll too much to reach Voting site and if I scroll to fast, I pass it. Clicking on icon at top of main page doesn't advance me to voting site. Maneuvering from player positions, conferences, and teams is not smooth or flowing; 3 vote days are comical when the clock resets to 24hr intervals. I'd rather do my voting at my convenience every day, (sometimes early morning 5am, sometimes late night 11pm) on 2 different days, but only 6 hrs apart.

Can't redeem rewards earned on app. Spent a lot of time earning points in the rewards section of the app and when you try to redeem nothing happens/freezes.
