★★★★★ App works very well overall, no real problems with it, have been happily using it for years! Only problem I am seeing is that notifications seem to be almost random, for example getting notifications from months or even years ago

★★★★★ Works fine, no problems encountered Payment of loan installments directly from this app would be nice as I do not trust any sms telling me loan installment can be paid on an embedded in sms link.

★★★★★ The app is pretty oke. Too bad I can't request a new bank card via the app (or anywhere online) because the one I received does not work. Also, the IRIS does not work. When opening the camera to scan the QR, it instantly crashes, so you can't pay with IRIS for online orders. Would be great if that was fixed and no transfer fees were charged 😀. At least most of the things are in English so that helps a lot!

★★☆☆☆ There is no option for removing secondary iban, also when you are about to charge for a service that is supposed to be free you should Pop up screen that says there will be charge not using the service and then charging the account whenever there is money inside, this is not fair because if it mentioned in the 1000 pages of terms nobody going to read, and you make a withdrawal from my money without me knowing

★★☆☆☆ Trying to make a transfer through the app and unable to. Error messages are vague and this forces you to call their number. 30 minutes waiting to reach a human, multiple times, and when finally getting hold of an agent, in the correct department, they are not sure of what is the problem and advice to use internet banking through web, some app troubleshooting and if no luck, to make an appointment at the bank. Nearest appointment is 5-6th of August only (today is July 7th)

★★☆☆☆ It has the potential to be an amazing app, if only I could actually use it 😫. I have been trying for nearly a month now to register my number, but I am not receiving the otp. I receive all other otps but not the one to register my number and no one at any bank can help me. They keep saying it's my service provider 🤦‍♀️ How??? I receive all other otps from NBG!!! Just not the one I need in order to REGISTER MY NUMBER!!! I am sooooo upset 😡
